The Quality Assurance and Standards Officer is mainly responsible for ensuring that the quality of trainings given by Regional Training Executives (RTE) and Dealer Sales Trainers (DST) to the Dealer Sales Force (DSF) meet the standards set for Hyundai Sales Training.
The position entails tracking the performance of each Sales Consultant (SC) to properly manage the Certification System for SCs as well as the Incentive Program for the DSF. It is expected that the Officer will establish, maintain, and regularly update a DSF database in order to effectively implement the Certification system and Incentive program. He/she is in charge of reviewing, improving the training standards, certification system policies, and Incentive program guidelines.
He/she is also responsible for monitoring the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) performance of each dealer. SSI results will be forwarded to the RTEs and DSTs for tactical resolutions on the identified Key Weakness Areas.
College degree holder in BS Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or any related fields.
At least 5 years.
Sales, Business Process Development, Business Planning, Background in the automotive industry is an advantage.
