The position is responsible for the design and implementation of the performance, compensation and rewards program. This includes the maintenance of performance management tools, job evaluation, salary structure development, salary calibration, salary administration related to the annual review process and real time promotion, salary implementation, total rewards management and communication.
The position is also responsible for providing guidance and advice to the employees on matters relating to employment law compliance, Code of Discipline, performance, investigations, policy and application of progressive corrective action processes.
College Degree holder preferably Psychology or Behavioral Science.
HR Specialist, with at least three (3) year experience in Performance and Rewards Management.
HR Planning and Strategy Department.
