The position is responsible for conducting Service Non-Technical training programs. Evaluating working performance of Dealer Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator/ Processor and Dealer In-house Instructor (Non-technical skills) are within Hyundai Standard. Facilitating/ assisting Certification of dealer service Non-technical personnel. Perform training administration works to facilitate Non-technical training programs.
College Degree holder preferably Education or Engineering Course with Automotive vocational/ technical training.
Instructor, Service Advisor, and Warranty handling for at least (1) one year for every job position indicated.
Knowledge in handling class and training delivery. Can perform basic technical diagnosis and familiar with vehicle system. Literate in handling computer and can operate office software application. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
