Hyundai Gears Up for Green Dealerships
Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) is aggressively expanding its nationwide dealership network as it inaugurates today (August 8, 2014) its newest branch in Davao City with four others scheduled to launch before yearend.
Aside from Hyundai Davao, scheduled for opening in the next few months are dealerships in Marilao, Cabanatuan City, Batangas City, and Pagsanjan. Earlier this year, Hyundai opened a new branch in Parañaque West.
As the entire dealership network continues to build bigger and better facilities that adhere to the global standards of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC), the rise of new dealers will boost coverage, making it much easier for customers in Metro Manila and the provinces to access Hyundai’s premium Sales, After-Sales, and Customer Service offerings.
And by aligning the new dealerships with Hyundai’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) –HMC’s international brand identity–customers can expect a “greener” and more brilliant dealer experience with emphasis on bringing Hyundai “Modern Premium” to life.
Launched by HMC in 2013, GDSI mirrors Fluidic Sculpture. Hyundai’s design philosophy for its cars now extends to the showroom, sales, and service areas to make for authentic Green Dealerships with nature-inspired design and whose operations are mindful of the natural environment.
In the Philippines, the pilot Hyundai Green Dealerships in Angeles City, Cainta, Cebu South, General Santos City, and Lipa City are expected to rise in 2015.
The move is spot-on as Hyundai was recently hailed by the US Union of Concerned Scientists as the Greenest Automaker for 2014 for the Korean auto giant’s across-the-board efforts to manufacture a fuel-efficient and eco-friendly fleet.
The J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2014 Philippines Customer Service Index (CSI) confirms that Hyundai now ranks third among Philippine car companies with a score of 834 points, up by eight points from 2013. The ranking was due to notable improvements in Service Quality, Facilities, Vehicle Pick-up, Service Appointment, Service Advisor and Staff, and Vehicle Drop-off.
